Advantages and Disadvantages of Drinking Coffee

We most intake a caffeine in the form of coffee. I’ve been noticing that I drink for about 2-3 or more glasses a day of coffee. I just a little worried cause some says that too much caffeine is not good in our health. But as a programmer or say it a ‘trying hard programmer’, I need a cup of coffee to make me alive in the middle of the night.
So I made a research.
According to the American Dietetic Association’s Complete Food and Nutrition Guide, “For most healthy adults, moderate amounts of caffeine 200 to 300 milligrams a day, or about two cups of coffee poses no physical problem.”.
That proves my above statement.
But I write, too much is too much. So when you sip 3 cups of coffee a day, it will be harmful on your health. ‘Cause everything too much is not good.

To conclude, coffee is not bad in our health but taking too much of it will.
